Landlords

Landlords are required by law to have all gas appliances in rental properties checked and certified safe every twelve months.

Chorlton Heating Ltd is qualified to undertake landlord gas safety checks and provide you with the the Landlords/Homeowner Safety Certificate you need to comply with the law.

We can visit a property when you are there or by arrangement with you and your tenants. We’ll check (and service or repair, as necessary) any gas appliances without fuss or mess.
